If we've contacted you as part of our review of single person discounts (SPD), you can use this form to confirm whether you're still the only adult aged 18 or over living at your address.

Our records show you’re getting a 25% discount on your Council Tax as you’ve said you’re the only adult living at your property that should be counted for Council Tax purposes.

We know that most people are claiming the discount correctly but these checks make sure that Council Tax bills are accurate. As part of the review we’ll also be checking data from other sources including credit applications made at your address

We’re requesting data from you to review your entitlement to the Council Tax single person discount and:

• it is necessary to carry out our statutory duties
• it is required by law
• it is necessary to prevent and detect fraud
