Use this form to challenge or appeal a decision we've made about a Council Tax discount or exemption, liability or disabled band relief.

Please don't use use this form to:

• challenge your Council Tax Reduction - please go to explanations and appeals
• challenge your Council Tax band. This must be done through the Valuation Office Agency
• tell us about a change that affects your bill. Please go to reporting changes, or to ways to reduce your bill if you're applying for a discount or exemption.

You must continue to pay your Council Tax as billed while we deal with your challenge. Recovery action may be taken if you don't pay.

We may share information provided with other bodies responsible for auditing or administering public funds, law enforcement agencies, or undertake local anti-fraud initiatives, to prevent and detect fraud or money laundering. If you provide false or inaccurate information and fraud is identified, we may pass details to fraud prevention agencies to prevent more fraud and money laundering.
